To use LDN Blackjack, you must:
Certain demographic information (year of birth, gender) cannot be changed after account creation to ensure leaderboard integrity.
We offer the following account tiers:
Access to core gameplay with advertisements. Limited leaderboard access.
Ad-free experience, full leaderboard access, custom room hosting and tournament eligibility. Renews automatically each year unless cancelled.
All Silver Pro features permanently, plus one gift code to share with a friend.
Subscriptions are non-refundable. Silver Pro subscriptions renew automatically after 12 months. You may cancel at any time before renewal.

We use tracking technologies to improve our service and deliver relevant advertising:
By using our service, you consent to the use of cookies and tracking pixels for advertising and analytics purposes. Google AdSense may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Pro users (Silver/Gold) do not see advertisements but tracking for analytics may still occur.
We collect the following information:
Email, username, country, postcode area, year of birth, gender
Win/loss records, game history, rankings
IP address, device type, browser information, session data
Referral source, UTM parameters, advertising identifiers
This data is used to provide and improve our service, power leaderboards and deliver targeted advertising to free users.
We maintain public and private leaderboards:
Postcode area rankings, city comparisons, demographic statistics (visible to all)
Global and local player rankings (Silver/Gold Pro users only)
Year of birth and gender are frozen after signup to prevent leaderboard manipulation. Postcode area can only be changed twice per rolling year.
You agree not to:

LDN Blackjack and all associated content, graphics and branding are owned by Rodan Labs or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Pro subscriptions in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
