The authentic London Blackjack ruleset - no house variations, no regional tweaks. Just the real deal.

⚡ Power Cards

    Black Jack - Next player picks up 5 cards. Can be stacked with another Black Jack or countered with a Red Jack.
  • 🂻
    Red Jack - Cancels a Black Jack pickup.
  • 2️⃣
    Two - Next player picks up 2 cards. Can be stacked with more 2s or mixed with Black Jacks.
  • 🂡
    Ace - Change the suit. The next player must follow the new suit.
  • 8️⃣
    Eight - Skip the next player's turn. Multiple 8s skip multiple turns.
  • 🂮
    King - Reverses the direction of play (or skips in 2-player games). Cannot counter penalties.
  • 🃏
    Joker - The ultimate wild card. Play on anything, declare any card.

📋 Basic Rules

    Match to Play - Play a card that matches the suit OR rank of the top card.

    Runs Allowed - Play multiple cards of the same rank, or a run of the same suit (e.g., 5♠ 6♠ 7♠).

    Can't Play? Pick Up! - Draw one card from the deck if you have no valid moves.
  • ✓
    Say "Last Card" - Declare when you're down to one card, or face a penalty!
  • ✓
    No Finishing on Power - You cannot finish on a Queen (ever) or a King (in 2-player games).
  • ✓
    Stacking - Pickup cards (2s, Black Jacks) can be stacked and passed on. Play a 2 on a Black Jack and the next player picks up 7!
  • ✓
    Counter & Continue - After picking up a stack, you may play immediately if you have a valid card.

Two Kings in one play only reverse once - they cancel each other out.

You can mix 2s and Black Jacks in a pickup stack (2+2+Blackjack = 9 cards).

Jokers work in runs as wild cards (e.g., 4♥ Joker 6♥ is valid).

"Last Card" protection lasts for 2 turns, then you must declare again.
